A professionally engineered and fully detailed road plan is currently under development and will be made available upon completion. All ingress and egress for the Legacy Estates at Hogan Ranch will be facilitated via a shared private road with access from Highway 93. The final road design will adhere to all applicable state and County standards and regulations to ensure safety, durability, and long-term functionality.
